Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Senior Leasing Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee the company’s leasing portfolio, driving performance and strategic negotiations across the portfolio.

The role focuses on enhancing income by optimizing the non-utilized GLA, strengthening tenant relationships, and guiding a team to achieve business growth and operational continuity in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and real estate practices.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with major brand tenants and landlords.
• Direct Highest and Best Use reviews and manage asset lifecycle.
• Optimize 91K sqm of non-utilized GLA for income.
• Drive rental income growth through tenant mix and rent-to-revenue optimization.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the sublease portfolio.
• Supervise external leasing agents and resolve escalated complaints.
• Validate lease invoices, monitor schedules, and lead annual rent updates.
• Translate portfolio analytics into asset-improvement initiatives.

Job Purpose:

Lead and oversee the company's leasing portfolio, ensuring effective lease management, strategic negotiations, landlord relationships, and portfolio performance while supporting business growth and operational continuity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with major trademark tenants and brands to strengthen the commercial leasing network.


• Direct "Highest and Best Use" reviews and manage the asset lifecycle to maximize commercial portfolio value.


• Lead initiatives to optimize 91K sqm of non-utilized GLA for income.


• Drive recurring rental income growth by improving tenant mix and maintaining a superior rent-to-revenue ratio.


• Oversee the day-to-day management of the sublease portfolio to ensure the stability of active contracts.


• Supervise external leasing agents and coordinate the resolution of escalated tenant or administrative complaints.


• Enforce financial governance by validating lease invoices, monitoring schedules, and leading annual rent updates.


• Translate portfolio analytics into actionable asset improvement and revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and real estate practices.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Experience:

8-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Leasing, Property Management, or Lease Management.

Proven experience managing commercial lease portfolios and major landlord negotiations.

Retail or multi-site experience preferred.

Experience leading teams and managing strategic leasing initiatives
