Ninja seeks a Security & Loss Prevention Executive to support daily security operations across its stores and distribution centers in Jeddah. The role focuses on preventing loss, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring via patrols and CCTV, detecting theft and safety risks, maintaining security systems, responding to incidents, and preparing logs and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Clear communication in Arabic & English.
• Physically able to perform patrols, standing and walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stores and distribution centers through patrols and CCTV.
• Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks.
• Ensure security systems (cameras and alarms) are working properly.
• Respond to incidents such as theft or accidents.
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
• Preserve evidence and support investigations.
• Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections.
• Maintain records of audits and security activities.
• Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks.
• Recommend corrective actions when needed.
