Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing to deliver the sales plan and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Participate in commercial rounds with the Store Manager and visitors.
• Complete probes and ensure actions are delivered per protocols.
• Stay updated with key communication documents and take appropriate action.
• Organize resources to maintain optimum stock levels throughout the trading day.
• Coordinate deliveries and FIFO to manage stock accuracy and shelf availability.
• Oversee implementation of layouts, phase changes, floor plans and planograms.
