Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in finance or admin roles, strong SAP knowledge, and proven ability to train staff and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree is advantageous; essential knowledge of SAP.
• 5-8 years experience in a Finance or Administrative role, preferably store-based.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer all administration work functions across stores.
• Enforce policies and procedures, support store management and training.
• Develop store procedures with regional office and Retail Compliance Manager.
• Review SOPs and align with group requirements and audits.
• Maintain system processes and collaborate with IT to improve efficiencies.
• Support new store openings and IT requirements for Administration.
