Job summary

TAWANTECH in Riyadh seeks a Mid-Level Business Analyst – Retail Banking to support transformation initiatives by gathering and analyzing requirements and delivering functional solutions.

You will collaborate with product owners, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers on Retail Banking products, including accounts, onboarding, digital/mobile/internet banking, cards, loans, payments, and CIF. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in Retail Banking projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD/FRD and User Stories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Retail Banking stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and process maps.
• Perform gap analysis and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
• Support testing (FAT/SIT/UAT) and post-go-live activities.
