Job summary

GMG is seeking an Executive – Asset & Profit Protection to minimize losses, mitigate risks, and safeguard assets across our retail operations in the region.

The role covers audits, investigations, revenue enhancement initiatives, and cost savings projects, with a focus on delivering professional investigations and in-store training. Strong English and relevant LP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Loss Prevention within a large retail organization.
• Strong knowledge of audit, investigations, fraud detection, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis/visualization tools.
• Proficient written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail store audits and communicate findings through reports.
• Investigate incidents, suspected fraud, theft and other loss prevention matters.
• Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare investigation reports.
• Perform spot checks on cash, safes, lockers, and other areas for policy compliance.
• Monitor stocktake results, investigate inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with teams.
• Assess store risk levels and maintain records of investigation recoveries.
• Deliver in-store training to raise awareness of loss prevention and risk management.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with internal teams and authorities as needed.
• Support asset verification, store openings/closures, revenue initiatives, and cost-saving projects.

• Monitor stocktake results, investigate inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with Inventory and Store Operations teams.
• Assess store risk levels and maintain accurate records of investigation-related recoveries.
• Deliver in-store training to raise awareness of loss prevention and operational risk management.
• Respond to reported incidents and coordinate with relevant internal teams and external authorities when required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive investigations professionally.

• Relevant certifications in Loss Prevention, Fraud Detection, or Investigation are a plus.
