The role focuses on auditing credit sales and receivables, supervising 30+ sales representatives, evaluating accounts receivable, inventory controls, and procedures, and reporting findings with clear corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal audit experience.
• Experience in FMCG and/or manufacturing.
• Experience auditing credit-sales businesses.
• Experience with organizations managing 30+ sales representatives.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, inventory, sales controls, and operational auditing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across sales, finance, inventory, warehouses, procurement, and operations.
• Review and assess internal controls, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Audit credit sales and receivables processes, including reps' transactions and collections.
• Review controls surrounding 30+ sales representatives, including credit sales, collections, cash handling, customer accounts, and balances.
• Identify financial, operational, and process risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Review accounts receivable, customer balances, aging reports, and collection processes.
• Verify transactions, supporting documents, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Conduct inventory and warehouse audits and identify discrepancies or weaknesses.
• Review sales returns, discounts, credit notes, and related approvals.
• Prepare clear audit findings and reports for management, including recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Support management in strengthening controls and reducing fraud, errors, leakage, and credit losses.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to support a leading company in Riyadh operating across FMCG and manufacturing.

The role will focus on reviewing and strengthening internal controls, financial and operational processes, and credit sales activities, particularly within a business that manages 30+ sales representatives operating on credit sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across sales, finance, inventory, warehouses, procurement, and operations.
• Review and assess internal controls, policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Audit credit sales and receivables processes, including sales representatives' transactions and collections.
• Review the controls surrounding 30+ sales representatives, including credit sales, collections, cash handling, customer accounts, and outstanding balances.
• Identify financial, operational, and process risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Review accounts receivable, customer balances, aging reports, and collection processes.
• Verify transactions, supporting documents, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Conduct inventory and warehouse audits and identify discrepancies or control weaknesses.
• Review sales returns, discounts, credit notes, and related approvals.
• Prepare clear audit findings and reports for management, including recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Support management in strengthening controls and reducing the risk of fraud, errors, leakage, and credit losses.

5+ years of Internal Audit experience preferred.

Previous experience in FMCG and/or Manufacturing is required.

Experience auditing credit-sales businesses is highly preferred.

Experience with businesses managing 30+ sales representatives is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, inventory, sales controls, and operational auditing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to work independently and communicate audit findings clearly.
