Job summary

adidas Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor and optimize stock levels across stores and the warehouse, ensuring accurate data in ALS and SAP. You will run inventory reports, identify heavy and low-turn items, and maintain robust reporting structures.

The role requires 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience, preferably in Sports/Consumer goods, with strong MS Office and SAP skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports daily, weekly, or monthly and analyze item performance.
• Develop accurate, consistent, and enhanced inventory reporting structures.
• Identify heavy and low-turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for teams.
• Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis).
• Conduct diligent investigations to resolve system problems.
• Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
• Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data and drive stock audit processes.
• Manage stock items and stock revenue in ALS and SAP for 100% alignment.
• Organize large data sets and propose process changes to prevent irregularities.
• Handle store receiving/shipping of inventory including inter-branch transfers.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

Monitoring and maintaining levels of inventory between systems, stores and warehouse. Ensuring correct Retail controls and procedures are implemented at store level and accurate STOH information delivered to Snr Manager Retail Operations Manager & Snr Manager Consumer excellence

Key Responsibilities

Run a series of inventory reportsondaily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.

Developaccurate, consistent, and enhancements to theinventory reporting structure.

Identify“heavy” and “low” turninventory items andmaintaincommunication reports for the respective teams.

Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)

Diligent investigationsrequiredto solve problems in the systems.

Maintenance and accountability ofhigh levelsof customer service(internal and external).

Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data.

Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution.

Stock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed inaLSand SAP for 100%alignment

Ability to organize vast amounts of data.

Work proactively topropose process changeswhich will preventirregularities

Store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company’s warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branchtransfers

Results of investigations and enormities aboutpossible losspreventionissuestoreported directly to Snr Manager Retail Operations.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
