Responsibilities include managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining safety standards, and scheduling to meet peak hours. English proficiency is essential; Hindi is a plus. This seasonal role offers visa sponsorship and travel support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role with a focus on Indian cuisine.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
