Job description
What You\'ll Do
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and assigned KPIs.
  • Monitor and control food cost (FCR) and labor cost within targets.
  • Fully supervise the team (training, performance evaluation, and scheduling).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to avoid shortages or wastage.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and improve guest experience.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational policies.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
  • Review and follow up on daily reports (sales, ratings, FCR, manpower, issues).
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance and build a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the restaurant is always ready for audits, visits, and evaluations.
What Are We Looking For
  • Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience. Preference is for candidates with experience in a cuisine similar to Shobak or pizza-focused concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills – able to speak and listen effectively; great written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Possess an obvious passion for food and ingredients
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or a Technical degree in Hotel Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Legislation, Relevant Codes of Practice & Quality Standards and Health & Safety Legislation
