Resort Manager vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Summary

Conducts selection of digital, mechanical, and electromechanical examinations on Medical Gas systems as well as sub-assemblies to ensure system features according to HTM20. Candidate has full competency on Clinical Vacuum Cleaner Plant, air plant, manifolds, alarm systems and controls including setup as well as repair.

Responsibilities

• Installs Medical Gas systems
• Reviews test routines, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, circuit layouts, and schematics to determine testing procedures and tools to be used
• Tests performance of systems, sub-assemblies and parts. Reads dials or electronic screens that indicate system status. Compares results with specifications and documents examination data. Replaces malfunctioning components. Specifies products and identifies issues on a given job.
• Customer-site visits for repair services as needed. Long-distance travel may be required. Territory covers Riyadh, Madinah, Makkah, Taif, etc.

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
• Must be able to function with adaptable hours to fulfill customer requirements and management expectations
• Extended overnight travel from current location to job site is required
• Education and/or experience: degree in engineering or one year certification from university/technical institution or three to five years related experience in medical gas piping or plumbing or training or a comparable mix of education and experience
• Knowledge of clinical gas market terminology (preferred)
