Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor, Lab in organizing staff and improving efficiency.
• Assist primary investigator with data collection and analysis for study purposes.
• Ensure materials and reagents are available and used per research criteria.
• Assist Lab Manager in generating, maintaining and upgrading SOPs of the area.
• Assist Manager, Lab in creating and updating SOPs of the section.
• Oversee Lab Technologists II and other technicians in the assigned lab.
• Monitor reagents, equipment and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot instrument malfunctions.

Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:

• Help the Supervisor, Lab with the staff organizing manage the job and efficiency of technical personnel in the assigned lab.
• Help the primary investigator with the information collection and also analysis for study purposes.
• Make sure that materials, reagents as well as products are readily available and also used within research criterion techniques.
• 4ssist the Lab Manager in generating, maintain ing as well as upgrading the Standard procedure (SOPs) of the area.
• Help Manager, Lab in creating, preserving and upgrading the Standard procedure (SOPs) of the section.
• Accountable for the Lab Technologists II and various other research technicians v orking in the assigned lab.
• Monitor reagents, equipment and also preventative maintenance and troubleshoot instrument malfunctions.
