Job summary

Ananinja in Jeddah is seeking an Inbound Officer to join its logistics team. The role ensures accurate receiving operations, verifies shipments, maintains quality, and documents transactions in the WMS. You will collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to keep daily operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of inbound experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with WMS and barcode scanning. A logistics-related diploma or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Knowledge of WMS and barcode scanning.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound receiving operations and unloading.
• Verify goods against invoices, POs, and delivery notes.
• Inspect quality, quantity, and expiration dates.
• Report damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Manage batch creation and labeling of received goods.
• Move pallets to designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management.
• Update WMS records and prepare receiving reports.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
