Job summary

Qualifications

• 2004 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year in a team-leading role.
• Valid Forklift / Reach Truck license with hands-on operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and MHE operations.
• Hands-on experience using a WMS for putaway, locations, and stock movements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify item, quantity, batch, or expiry discrepancies.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and during peak seasons.
• Willingness to maintain full-time presence on the warehouse floor.
• Basic English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure operators are licensed and follow PPE requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards and conduct pre-shift checks.
• Putaway Operations: Enter received goods into the system with accurate data.
• Putaway Operations: Balance workload and assign daily putaway tasks.
• Putaway Operations: Verify storage location accuracy and adhere to FEFO rules.
• Team Leadership: Train new operators and coach on safety and productivity.
