Job summary

Diaverum AB in Riyadh is seeking a Clinic Admin / Facility Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure a safe, compliant environment, and act as liaison with HQ and external parties.

The role focuses on implementing company policies, managing supplies, staff onboarding, and maintaining accurate records, while supporting in quality management and reporting requirements. Fluency in Arabic and English and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospital management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in administration within healthcare or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of and compliance with all Diaverum policies & procedures
• Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment
• Participate in all clinic audits and implement approved action plans
• Ensure clinic compliance with required Diaverum reports, and any country specific regulatory reports
• Ownership of clinic as a facility to ensure tidiness that represents Diaverum
• Clinic activities related to labor management: cleaners, security, and maintenance
• Ensures availability of necessary clinic supplies in coordination with the HN
• Management of product consumption
• Inventory management of supplies and medications
• Maintenance of equipment and utilities including housekeeping
• Ensure accuracy of billing reports (Billing); finalize all billing requirement by 3rd working day
