Job summary

Diaverum AB in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical care in assigned clinics and ensure excellence in service delivery under clinical governance. You will coordinate with the MDT, plan and evaluate pharmacotherapy, and support education and preventive care to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with SCFHS certification, fluent Arabic and English, and fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Pharmacy and SCFHS certification.
• Fresh Graduate welcomed; 1–2 years clinical experience favorable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care in line with Diaverum governance five core practices.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care service.
• Be the point of contact for medical, nursing, operations on pharmaceutical matters.
• Ensure safe drug therapy, health promotion and patient education.
• Manage pharmaceutical supplies and ensure product quality and availability.
• Follow policies and procedures including JCI and local regulations.
