Qualifications

• Experience ERP implementation projects and managing large-scale client engagements
• ERP systems and business processes experience across finance, HR, or supply chain
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions
• Experience with system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Experience in business process optimization and providing strategic ERP advisory services
• Flexible to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goals
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutions
• Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet client-specific needs
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards
