Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking an AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments from setup to measurable improvement.

You will work across Java services and React interfaces, configuring platforms, debugging integrations, and building custom AI agents while collaborating with customers and internal teams. You will operate in a global, remote environment with significant autonomy, travel occasionally, and influence product evolution and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering and operating software in enterprise production environments.
• Strong software engineering capabilities across distributed systems.
• Experience with Java-based services and React interfaces or similar stacks.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including AI-powered applications and agent testing.
• Ability to explain BPMN workflows and complex concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and documenting best practices.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering or professional services is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment journey from initial process file to production workflow.
• Establish successful customer outcomes and measurable improvements during deployment.
• Build and customize product capabilities, including AI agents and skill files, addressing issues in real deployments.
• Configure platform environments, clusters, and integrations; troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Develop custom agents and integrations to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, business, and customers to drive adoption.
• Document lessons learned and create repeatable deployment playbooks.
• Train customer teams for autonomous operation post-handoff.
• Share deployment insights with product and platform teams.
• Travel occasionally to support engagements.
