pulse (mena) is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote support team. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, navigate our products, and ensure a positive experience.

You will communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and manage multiple inquiries while collaborating with internal teams. This position offers flexible remote work and requires strong time management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active-listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.

Responsabilidades
