Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Associate Creator Growth based in Saudi Arabia. This entry-level role focuses on helping creators discover the platform, onboard, and become active users across the Middle East.

You will work with creators, agencies, and talent managers to resolve issues and feed market feedback to internal teams. The role combines relationship-building, communication, creator support, and acquisition activities across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic, fluent English with excellent written communication in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with creators across social media and digital channels.
• Support creator acquisition and onboarding from outreach to account activation.
• Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Gather creator feedback and share insights with the broader team.
• Improve communication processes and scalable growth practices as the function grows.
