Job summary

DeepSource is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support a remote engagement for a client in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on reliability, automation, and multi-cloud operations in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will own Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and endpoint management with Intune, while collaborating with client IT and security teams. This role requires proactive communication and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes management in production environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automations.
• Proficient with Terraform IaC and cloud provisioning.
• Hands-on Intune for endpoint management and compliance.
• Solid cloud networking, IAM, and security fundamentals (GCP/AWS).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infra, app, and network layers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for provisioning across clouds.
• Manage Intune policies and device compliance configurations.
• Monitor infrastructure health and security; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support cloud cost optimization and resource governance across GCP/AWS.
• Collaborate with client IT, security, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
