Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Backend Engineer specializing in Core APIs, joining a fully remote engineering team in the Saudi Arabia region. You will design and scale backend systems, work across Go and Node.js, and contribute to real-time data processing and high-performance services.

You will collaborate with distributed engineers, own features end-to-end, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong SQL and cloud infrastructure experience are valued, with opportunities for mentorship and

Qualifications

2+ years of professional backend software development experience.
Experience with Go and/or Node.js in production.
Experience designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
Strong SQL knowledge and experience with DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems for real-time data processing and high-performance APIs.
Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure with reliability and performance focus.
Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js while collaborating across services and technologies.
Mentor teammates and share engineering practices to improve the team.
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
