Job summary

24-MAG LLC invites bilingual Arabic–English professionals for a part-time remote consulting role to evaluate content, develop Arabic prompts, classify conversations, and document rationales. Prior AI experience isn’t required, and applicants from the Saudi Arabia/MENA region are encouraged.

Training is provided and engagements may be extended based on project needs. The ideal candidate holds native-level Arabic, business English, a degree in progress or completed, and strong analytical judgment

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic
• Business-level written English
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
• Strong written reasoning and analytical judgement
• High attention to detail
• Sound judgement with sensitive or dual-use information
• Comfort applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content
• Prior AI/ML experience not required
• Experience reviewing, grading, or evaluating written or technical content is advantageous
• Background in trust/safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, red teaming, or adversarial testing is advantageous
• Candidates in Saudi Arabia or wider MENA region encouraged

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality prompts in Arabic across sensitive subjects
• Produce natural, culturally appropriate Arabic content
• Develop realistic scenarios with varied wording and complexity
• Maintain linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance
• Apply strong written judgement across diverse content types
• Review prompts and conversations against evaluation guidelines
• Classify content consistently per defined criteria
• Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns
• Assess how wording and context affect meaning
• Provide concise written explanations supporting evaluation decisions
• Communicate nuanced decisions clearly in written English when required
