Job summary

Taj HR seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Communications to lead the build-out of a new communications function in Riyadh. You will own the strategy, governance, and execution of the organisation's emergence from confidentiality to public visibility, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with investor relations across jurisdictions.

The role requires a track record of leading communications in heavy industry contexts, managing crises, and drafting high-level publications in Arabic

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate communications, including at least 3 years leading a function or deputy role in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop the corporate narrative and launch strategy across global markets.
• Build regional and international media relationships from scratch; oversee spokesperson preparation.
• End-to-end launch of bilingual website, corporate identity and media assets.
• Advise executives; draft speeches, statements, board materials, and investor narratives.
• Coordinate disclosures with shareholder communications and investor relations across jurisdictions.
• Create a multichannel architecture for a multilingual workforce across sites.
• Establish crisis frameworks, conduct simulations, and manage crisis communications.
