Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineer to ensure safety compliance and high equipment availability through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. The role involves non-traditional shifts including nights and weekends, with responsibility for conveyor systems, MHE, and facility operations at the Riyadh FC.

You will develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance for material handling and automation assets, troubleshoot controls and sensors, and promote a culture

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
• Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
• Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessment in maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance of FC assets including material handling and automation systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, controls components, sensors, motors, servo drives and conveyors.
• Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and promote safe working across the site.
• Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services including housekeeping and upkeep of premises.
• Develop and maintain EHS compliance including waste management and license renewals.
• Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance and prioritize resources under pressure.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, conveyor system maintenance, supervise contractors, and support CMMS checks.
• Support technicians with knowledge transfer and hands-on guidance.
• Build relationships across the organization and sustain effective communication.
