Job summary

Vallourec in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reliability Engineer to apply reliability methodologies to improve machine uptime and reduce costs. You will define risk management, maintenance strategies and drive TPM/VMMS roadmaps, working with maintenance teams to ensure asset performance.

Requirements include at least 5 years of experience, knowledge of DRCA/PMO/HERCA, CMMS, and strong reading of drawings. Proficiency in English required; Arabic and French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in reliability or related field.
• Knowledge of DRCA, PMO, HERCA, TWTTP, FMEA and MARP.
• CMMS experience.
• Strong mechanical systems background.
• Experience with predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Define risk management and safety measures for new machines or projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and support lifecycle asset management.
• Develop reliability-based maintenance strategies.
• Define/update asset criticality and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to plan resources for best practices.
• Assist with VMMS reliability roadmaps and KPIs.
• Evaluate changes to equipment and processes for improvement.
• Drive predictive maintenance to enhance maintainability and performance.
