KBR is looking for Reliability & CBM Head- who Provide Technical Leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing Maintenance Costs and lead the implementation of all Predictive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee \u2018Root Cause Failure Analysis\u2019 of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
• Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
• Lead and provide Strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.
• Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations
• Oversee the implementation of all predicative Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12+years\' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section
