• Oversees discovery and development of new opportunities, manages the pipeline.

• Keeps ahead of industry trends and competitive developments supporting NetApp.
• Understands NetApp solutions domains, AI use-cases and related sales plays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SEs to drive growth across region.
• Partner with Client Executive teams, hunting new land accounts and expanding share-of-wallet.
• Leverage solution portfolio and messaging to drive value recognition.
• Own and lead accurate forecasts and sales stage progression.
• Meet and exceed quotas; coach to conduct demonstrations and POCs.
• Document customer requirements and develop high-quality proposals.
• Drive high-performance culture with Thrive program and rewards planning.
• Identify high-potential members and provide coaching and development.
• Manage underperformers and recruit top talent.
