Ciena is looking for a Sales Engineer to shape the future of connectivity across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. You will design high-performance networking solutions for cloud, AI, and digital services by translating complex network challenges into practical, scalable outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships with regional operators, lead technical discussions and workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer priorities and demonstrate Ciena’s capabilities in

Qualificações

6+ years of experience in telecommunications, including optical transport, IP/MPLS, networking.
Strong understanding of optical networking, transport technologies, and network architecture concepts.
Fluency in English and Arabic with written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across leading telecom operators in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East.
Lead customer-facing technical discussions, solution workshops, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Partner with sales, product, engineering, and services teams to develop solutions that align with customer requirements.
