Qualifications

• 3+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• 4+ years IT systems or relevant production environment experience.
• 4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting).
• 4+ years Windows/Server administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
• 4+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
• Experience with end-to-end site launches and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Drive network and systems excellence across multiple facilities.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and ensure uptime.
• Troubleshoot IT problems; resolve incidents under time pressure.
• Plan CM and CM templates; coordinate changes regionally.
• Lead regional projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for infrastructure rollouts.
• Automate manual tasks and build tools to increase efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and support hiring and onboarding.
