Qualifications

• 3+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• 4+ years IT systems or relevant production environment experience.
• 4+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting)
• 4+ years Windows/Server administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
• Experience with end-to-end IT infrastructure launches and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Drive network excellence through engineering, troubleshooting, and systems administration across multiple facilities.
• Maintain uptime; serve as first escalation point for complex issues.
• Plan and coordinate Change Management across the region.
