Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the hotel industry.
• 3–5 years regional/general manager experience with 4–5 star international hotel brands.
• 3–5 years experience in a regional/multi-site hotel position.
• Clear strategy focus with a background in strategic hotel growth and development.
• Strong awareness of the hotel industry and growth markets.
• Experience with lifestyle hotels is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; hospitality preferred.
• Arabic nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reviews with all hotels to discuss data and strategies to improve performance.
• Oversee hotel operations and coordinate with senior hotel managers for day-to-day smooth running.
• Ensure property-specific compliance, including accounting and quarterly financial reporting.
• Participate in due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions and other projects.
• Maintain understanding of hotel markets and submarkets to inform decisions.
• Develop and implement short-, intermediate-, and long-term strategies to improve portfolio value.
