Regional FM Operations Leader – Multi-Site & P&L

Job summary

SSCL LTD is seeking a regional leader to own end-to-end operational delivery of Facility Management contracts across all sites in the assigned region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will be accountable for regional P&L, service quality, and SLA/KPI performance while mobilizing new contracts and planning manpower. This role requires managing project managers and regional support functions to ensure consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) is required.
• 12+ years in Facility Management/O&M with 5+ years leading regional or multi-site ops.
• Proven track record managing a regional portfolio of FM contracts (hard & soft services) in KSA.
• Strong command of regional P&L, HSE, SLA/KPI governance and CAFM systems.
• Experience mobilizing new contracts and scaling regional teams.
• MBA or IFMA/BIFM certification preferred.
