Qualifications

• 6–10 years of leadership in cultural programming or heritage initiatives.
• Proven experience with regional cultural programs or community activities.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi regional cultures and heritage diversity.
• Experience ensuring authentic representation across multiple contributors.
• Experience coordinating with government bodies, regional representatives, and cultural institutions.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders with varying expectations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and manage detailed programming plans for regional pavilions.
• Structure schedules across regions to ensure diversity and visitor engagement.
• Coordinate performances, demonstrations, and experiences across regional zones.
• Curate authentic regional content in collaboration with regional entities and cultural stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in quality, storytelling, and visitor experience across all regional pavilions.
• Coordinate with Operations, FM, and Asset teams to ensure readiness of regional spaces.
• Drive program financial sustainability with Commercial to identify revenue opportunities.
• Monitor engagement and identify underperforming areas for improvements.
