Job summary

Marsh in Riyadh is seeking a Regional Controller - MENA to lead the controllership for Oliver Wyman and Mercer across the region, based in Riyadh and partnering with KSA leadership to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will drive monthly close, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, tax compliance, governance and reporting across multiple entities, while supporting growth, acquisitions and new-country setups in a dynamic MENA environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi national - this vacancy is open exclusively to citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA or an equivalent recognized designation.
• Approximately 10-16 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on financial controllership.
• Ability to work from Riyadh and partner closely with KSA-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional controllership function for Oliver Wyman and Mercer across MENA.
• Manage monthly close, financial consolidation and group reporting in line with global timelines and standards.
• Oversee statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial reporting across the regional portfolio.
• Lead revenue recognition for consulting and project-based engagements, including WIP and IFRS 15.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, corporate income tax and Zakat requirements.
