Job summary

Elevate MENA is seeking a Regional Financial Controller in Riyadh to lead financial control, reporting and day-to-day finance operations across the region. You will manage a three-person team, ensure accurate month-end close and strong internal controls for multiple entities.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will provide reliable forecasts, cash flow visibility and analysis in a fast-moving, project-based sports and entertainment agency environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of ten years' relevant finance experience.
• Significant financial controllership experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency Middle East environment (UAE, Saudi Arabia).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory and management reporting, audit, tax compliance, treasury and working capital management.
• Experience in a project-based services business; sports/entertainment experience desirable.
• Automation/AI tools to improve finance processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and year-end close across MENA entities with accurate results and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reports and commentary on movements, risks and actions.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, COA, master data and intercompany balances.
