Job summary

KBR is seeking an Area Superintendent / Maintenance Head in Saudi Arabia to lead the maintenance department, oversee welding, fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, heavy lift, and rigging operations, and ensure timely project delivery. The role requires refinery experience and strong leadership.

You will manage day-to-day activities, plan maintenance, coordinate with internal and external teams, and uphold HSE standards while driving continuous improvement in asset reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to resolve problems as a leader within large organizations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Lead and manage department functions, direct employees, evaluate performance and ensure tasks meet timelines.
