Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Superintendent/Maintenance Head to lead the maintenance department, set priorities, and drive reliable plant operations across the site.

You will coordinate schedules, manage resources and safety, review plans with teams, and ensure compliance with HSE standards across welding, fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, and heavy lift activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of refinery plant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead overall department functions, directing employees and ensuring tasks meet timelines.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities.
• Prepare, optimize and track PM schedules of equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure availability.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of welding, fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, heavy lift and rigging divisions; manage repairs.
• Coordinate with internal/external workshops and OEM dealers for repairs and parts.
