Job Purpose

To carry out receptionist duties as mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Attending all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Receiving, sending, distributing and logging all incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Receiving, sending, distributing and logging all incoming and outgoing mails
  • Couriers’ documents/parcels
  • Maintaining an up-to-date telephone directory for Yokogawa offices and employees
  • Maintaining an up-to-date telephone directory for customers, vendors and government
  • Verification of telephone bills before payment
  • Verification of courier’s invoices before approval and payment
  • Receiving and logging details of the visitors
  • Helping the Admin group manager in the preparation of the security guards schedule
Qualification And Experience
  • Any Degree/ Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Administration functions.
Competencies
  • Good English speaking, reading and writing.
  • Comprehensive telephone skills.
Skills
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and document management skills.
