Role Summary
The Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales performance by marketing and selling the company’s real estate offerings (off‑plan and/or ready units), managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role requires strong market knowledge of the Eastern Province, excellent client‑handling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets while adhering to professional ethics and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and Sell Real Estate Products
- Promote and sell residential and/or real estate projects (off‑plan and ready units) to prospective buyers.
- Present project details, unit features, payment plans, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct site visits, unit showings, and client meetings as required.
- Lead Management & Client Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels (walk‑ins, calls, digital platforms, events, referrals).
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs (budget, purpose, preferred location, timeline) and matching them with suitable options.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM tools.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Prepare offers and negotiate terms within approved policies and pricing guidelines.
- Close transactions and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders (legal/contracts, finance, customer service, project teams).
- Support clients through documentation, reservation, and contract completion processes.
- Target Achievement & Performance Management
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals (revenue, units sold, collections where applicable).
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure healthy conversion rates and forecasting accuracy.
- Reporting & Governance
- Prepare regular sales reports for direct management (pipeline status, expected closures, challenges, and recommendations).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client data confidentiality requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure smooth post‑sale handover, customer satisfaction, and reduced cancellations.
- Monitor Eastern Province market trends, competitor pricing/offers, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and feedback to management to support product positioning and sales strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Education: High school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in the Eastern Province.
- Demonstrated experience selling residential units and/or real estate projects (off‑plan and/or ready).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (preferred).
