Responsibilities

• Lead core workstreams across corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, and investment decision support.
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and convert ambiguity into actionable plans.
• Build portfolio views with segmentation, prioritization, and capital allocation logic.
• Develop investment cases and committee packs with rationale and scenarios.
• Design governance tools, evaluation criteria, stage-gates, and reporting cadence.
• Translate strategy into execution artifacts: initiatives, sequencing, roadmaps, KPI models.
• Facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Coach consultants and analysts, ensuring quality across storylines and models.
• Contribute to proposals, scope shaping, and business development efforts.
