Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in real estate acquisition, property analysis, or real estate consulting in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in property valuations, land pricing, rental market analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, zoning requirements, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in real estate analysis tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of real estate acquisition, including market research, site identification, shortlisting, evaluation, and final selection.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify optimal sites aligned with client requirements, including land and pre-existing properties.
  • Develop and implement structured site evaluation criteria considering location, accessibility, infrastructure, size, and zoning compliance.
  • Perform detailed market and asset valuations to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Lead comparative financial analyses to support buy versus lease decisions using financial modelling and ROI analyses.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities and long-term costs.
  • Prepare structured reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and developers to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee contract preparation and management with legal and procurement teams.
  • Assist in processing purchase payments, lease agreements, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure zoning, regulatory, and infrastructure compliance.
  • Manage permits and approvals for property acquisitions.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on Saudi real estate regulations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Facility, Workplace & Construction Planning Consultants to ensure site fit.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive market insights and acquisition strategy reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate acquisition, property analysis, or real estate consulting, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong experience in property valuation, land pricing, rental market analysis, and real estate investment evaluation.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, zoning requirements, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in real estate analysis tools, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
