Could you be the full-time Railway Communication - Project Manager in AlUla we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your telecom, electronics, IT, and network expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Communication, Network & Security (CNS) subsystem within the AlUla Tramway, meeting customer requirements and achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning), manage stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure integration of systems, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the management of CNS subsystems such as Radio Communication Systems, Passenger Information System (PIS), CCTV, and Passenger Internet, but also oversee the coordination of interfaces with other subsystems like SIG, OCC, POS, and RST.

  • Owning the QCDP baseline for the CNS subsystem and ensuring its successful delivery
  • Managing technical topics related to CNS architecture, interfaces, and cybersecurity
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers, and telecom authorities for approvals and compliance
  • Leading risk and safety reviews and ensuring APSYS action closure
  • Delivering and obtaining approval for CNS documentation, configurations, and interface analyses
  • Driving cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and maintain performance KPIs

  • Engineering degree in Telecom, Electronics, IT, Networks, or equivalent
  • Experience in Transport/Rail/Critical Communications projects (7–10 years preferred)
  • Proven expertise with telecom subsystems such as TETRA, PIS, CCTV, Data Networks, or OCC systems
  • Knowledge of project management processes and subsystem project management
  • Understanding of telecom architectures and cybersecurity considerations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
