SYSTRA is seeking a Systems Assurance Manager to lead the railway PMC project, shaping the systems assurance strategy and ensuring delivery across design, procurement, testing and handover. The role emphasizes safety, RAMS, verification and certification aligned with international standards and client requirements.

The candidate will coordinate across civil, electrical, signaling and operations teams, liaising with regulators and clients to drive compliance and traceability through the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior oversight roles.
• Professional certifications in safety, RAMS or project management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems assurance across design, procurement, installation, testing and handover.
• Develop and implement the project assurance strategy, plans and reporting.
• Oversee safety assurance, RAMS, verification and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulatory obligations.
• Review design submissions, methods and assurance documents for completeness.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces for integrated assurance delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, dashboards and risk registers for leadership.
