Job summary

SYSTRA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a seasoned Requirements Manager to oversee the requirements process for a major rail project. You will define, document, verify, validate and maintain traceability of business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the lifecycle.

You will act as the lead interface between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Chartered Engineer status with 10+ years in rail design/construction.
• Extensive experience in requirements management for major railway projects.
• Knowledge of DOORS/ComplyPro and EN/ISO standards (50126/50128/50129, ISO 29148).

Responsibilities

• Provide requirements management expertise to analyze, track and clarify requirements.
• Lead the process to develop, maintain, and participate in requirements governance.
• Establish tools and methods to capture, structure, and manage requirements.
• Track and maintain traceability of technical information across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, safety and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Lead verification, validation and acceptance activities per contract and standards.
• Maintain a requirements database with full traceability from contract to delivery.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated across design and construction disciplines.
• Identify and resolve requirement gaps and dependencies with project teams.
• Support change, configuration and interface management processes.
