Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, estimation, and control across large projects in Riyadh. You will prepare budgets, analyze bids, monitor expenditures, and manage variations to keep projects on budget.

The role requires a BSc with 7+ years or MSc with 5+ years in construction cost management, Saudi nationality, and strong proficiency in cost software and MS Office.

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Saudi National; strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and control throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that the project is delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree (BSc) from a recognized university with over 7 years of relevant experience,
• Masters Degree (MSc) from a recognized university with over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Nationality: Saudi National.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contracts, and procurement.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
