Job summary

SALEH H GHONEIM Constructions, Jeddah is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation and cost control for major projects in the region.

You will analyze plans, prepare detailed estimates, and contribute to value engineering while managing contracts with clients and subcontractors, and assessing financial risks to protect project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• MRICS or RICS certification highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects is advantageous.
