Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group invites applications for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments in Saudi Arabia. You will measure works, review BOQs and interim payments, prepare estimates, and maintain cost-tracking registers to support project budgets.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in quantity surveying, strong numeracy and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and recognised QS software, and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.
• Minimum 10 years of quantity-surveying experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurement standards, interim payments, variations, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and recognised quantity-surveying or cost-management software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional registration or membership is preferred.
