Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts, strong cost forecasting, and the ability to prepare variation claims and commercial reports, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years QS experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles.
• Strong commercial expertise and knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Advanced skills in measurements, cost forecasting, and claim preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities.
