Job summary

JASARA PMC is building a talent pool for Construction Supervision opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities on projects spanning multiple regions.

You will review payments, verify quantities with site teams, assess variations and claims, maintain cost records, and assist with final accounts and close-out in a dynamic supervision consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
• Knowledge of measurement, valuations, variations, and cost control.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Review Contractor payment applications and supporting measurements.
• Verify quantities and completed works with the site team.
• Assist in reviewing variations and claims.
• Maintain cost and quantity records.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost impacts.
• Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for measurement purposes.
• Support preparation of commercial reports.
• Assist with final account and close-out activities.

Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

Support the commercial and cost management activities of the Supervision Consultant, including measurement, valuation, variation review, and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
